Our Family Room is your space to feel as comfortable as possible – no need to worry about where to do laundry or find a midnight snack.

Families staying in the Family Room are welcome to join guests at the nearby Ronald McDonald House near Comer Children’s Hospital for a break from the hospital and the community of a shared meal. Daily meals at the House are provided by our Meals from the Heart volunteers. Please ask a Family Room staff member for details.
At Comer Children’s, our mini Ronald McDonald House on wheels serves patients and families by offering items including snacks, beverages, toiletry products like toothbrushes, and fun activities for parents and children.
The RMHC Hospitality a la Carte is available to patients and families in Comer Children’s pediatric waiting rooms on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
You are welcome to park in the hospital parking garage and will be given one parking pass a day. The hospital also runs a shuttle service to the nearby RMH near Comer Children’s every half hour.
Shuttle service is also available by calling a number provided upon check-in.
