Meals from the Heart
Give families a taste of home by providing a meal at our Houses and Family Rooms.
Cleaning supplies, paper goods, snacks, and more help keep our Houses stocked and running smoothly.
Providing a home for families who need a bed tonight, tomorrow, and until their children heal.
Every day, families face the emotional and economic toll of having a child in the hospital. Together with the support of our community, we provide housing to keep families together, and provide a comfortable, warm, and loving home away from home.
Where a community of love joins together
No sick child should be alone. No family should be apart. With the help of dedicated volunteers and generous donors, we create places of healing and hope.
Cook a meal with your group. Sponsor an event with your company. Donate your time, talents, or money to helping families through their toughest times.
No family should be alone. Thanks to you, they won’t be.
Ronald McDonald Family Rooms
Long days in the hospital can be stressful and disorienting. With our hospital partners, we’ve created places to rest, have a meal, and find a moment of quiet within the hospital while still being only steps away from your sick child.
Ronald McDonald Care Mobiles
Care is needed everywhere. Our Ronald McDonald Care Mobiles are fully-equipped medical clinics on wheels that bring cost-effective health care directly to under-served children in the neighborhoods where they live.
Join in our annual Sporting Clays Tournament on Friday and Saturday, September 25 and 26 at Northbrook Sports Club in Hainesville, IL. Participants at all skill levels are invited to join in a day of fun with 50- and 100-target courses, side event games, a cook-out lunch, and a silent auction and raffle prizes geared toward sporting clays enthusiasts.
Pull out your cutting board and start the water boiling for a fun, interactive, virtual cooking class – all to support families! join Chef Mike from McDonald's Corporation and Chef Amari from the Ronald McDonald House near Lurie Children’s to learn to make fresh pasta and ricotta cheese for an indulgent homemade pasta dinner.
For every family night ($95) donated until September 30, you will be entered into a drawing for great prizes donated by our supporters at the Chicago Fire and Chicago Red Stars.
Red Shoe Society Chicago invites you to an intimate evening of wine tasting from the comfort of your own home!
