Kelsey Brenon, Red Shoe Society Chair
Kelsey first became a house volunteer with the Ronald McDonald House in 2014 during her undergrad, but during her professional career has continued to remain actively involved in supporting the Ronald McDonald House charities through various volunteer positions. Kelsey has been in the media and ad tech industry for the past 7 years, and is currently a lead media Account Executive at 84.51, a subsidiary of Kroger companies.
Megan Costello, Red Shoe Society Vice Chair
Megan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Human Resources from Marquette University in 2019. After relocating back to Chicago from Milwaukee, she began volunteering at Ronald McDonald House – Lurie’s in July 2022 as a Team Volunteer. Soon after, she realized she wanted to make an even bigger impact. She decided to join Red Shoe Society in January 2023 and has loved the opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals who also have a passion for RMHC. Outside of work and volunteering at RMHC, you can find Megan attending a Marquette basketball game, reading a new book, or taking pictures of the city!
Lindsey Weiss, Secretary
Lindsey grew up in Cedarburg, Wisconsin and holds a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After relocating back to Chicago from Madison, she began volunteering at Ronald McDonald House – Lurie’s in December 2022 as a Team Volunteer. After hearing about Red Shoe Society from a fellow Volunteer, she decided to join in March 2024 and has loved every minute of it! In her day job, Lindsey works for AbbVie on their Business Insights Team, providing data driven support for their global clinical studies. When she is not working or volunteering, you can find her at a coffee shop, playing soccer, or exploring all the city has to offer!
Paige Neary, Events Chair
Paige was born in Chicago and raised in Peachtree City, GA. After completing her Bachelor of Journalism with an emphasis in Strategic Communication, she returned to her beloved city of Chicago. Paige started her journey with RMHC as a volunteer, engaging with the charity and learning about opportunities through her role in Marketing at Coates Group. She subsequently spent years volunteering while also building a valuable career background in event planning, brand marketing and digital advertising. Paige spent her first year with Red Shoe on the Events Committee, and as Events Chair she looks forward to using her skills and event planning experience to successfully execute this year’s annual fundraising event, the Red Shoe Brew.
Brittany Abrahms, Membership Chair
Brittany grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and has lived in the city of Chicago for 12 years. Since a young age, Brittany has always had a passion for helping others. As a seasoned recruiter, Brittany joined the Red Shoe Society in 2024 as an active member of the Membership Committee. Brittany is excited to continue working with like-minded individuals who want to help make a direct impact and raise awareness of RSS’s fundraising efforts to help the children and families at Ronald McDonald House. Professionally, Brittany is a Corporate Recruiter at McDonald’s. Outside of work and volunteering, you can find Brittany playing with her adorable niece and nephew, bump set spiking on the volleyball court, exploring with her Briard puppy Margot, and enjoying the Chicago dining scene!
Jordyn Greenberg, Communications Chair
Trading the Mile High City for the City by the Lake, Jordyn moved from Denver to Chicago in 2019 for a job change, and has since found herself eating a few extra french fries and McNuggets as part of the McDonald’s USA Communications Team. Jordyn has always had a passion for philanthropy and community engagement and is excited to bring her enthusiasm to not only RMHC and its mission but also to Red Shoe Society as Communications Committee Chair. When she’s not writing strategic narratives or volunteering, you can find her running on the lakefront path in Chicago or exploring the city’s many neighborhoods.
Natalie Diamond, Family Enrichment Chair
Born and raised in Michigan, Natalie moved to Chicago in 2013 and loves to call the city home. There’s always an event and new places to explore in Chicago! Volunteering is a huge passion for Natalie and she is very excited to join the leadership team to make an impact and bring awareness to the Ronald McDonald charity. She has volunteered and held executive board positions with various community service organizations in Michigan and Chicago for the past 17 years. Natalie works in the advertising/marketing industry as a Performance Marketing Manager at Sonova. Outside of work and volunteering with Red Shoe Society, Natalie enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, a huge sports fanatic, and photography.
Ryan Buckingham, Membership Vice Chair
Born and raised in Glenview, IL, Ryan Buckingham first became involved with Ronald McDonald House Charities while part of a University of Michigan student organization in Ann Arbor. Inspired by the organization’s mission, he continues to volunteer as a team volunteer at the House and joined the Red Shoe Society to expand his impact on RMHC’s work.
Now a healthcare consultant with Kaufman Hall, Ryan brings his professional expertise to support RMHC and the families it serves. A lifelong hockey fan and avid traveler, he is passionate about connecting with like-minded individuals to drive meaningful change and strengthen the mission of RMHC.
Jordan McGee, Family Enrichment Vice Chair
Jordan is a Southern California native who moved to Chicago in the fall of 2023. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Southern California and currently works as a strategist in the advertising industry.
Jordan has always had a passion for service and philanthropy. He most recently worked in the community relations department for the Los Angeles Clippers where he helped facilitate the organizations community programs and fundraising activities at games and community events over the course of as season. He has a deep appreciation for the mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities and looks forward to using his past experiences as he serves as the Vice Chair of Family Enrichment.

Colleen Gleason
Colleen was raised in Crystal Lake, IL (but always knew she was a city girl at heart) and held a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She was Corporate Project Manager at G2 which she absolutely loved! Colleen had two heart transplants (one at the old Children’s Memorial Hospital at age three and one at Lurie Children’s at age 20) and her family stayed at the RMH near Lurie’s for her second transplant. While she was recovering, they were having as lovely a stay as possible. She gave back to the organization that gave her family so much by joining the Red Shoe Society and becoming the co-chair of the Volunteer Events Committee. Aside from Red Shoe Society and work, Colleen loved eating her way through the city, reading anything she could get her hands on, and saying yes to way too many other activities across this amazing city!
