Welcome New Vice President of Development Jeff Hammock

We are pleased to announce that new Vice President of Development Jeff Hammock will succeed Jim De Maria beginning on January 7. After an intensive three-month search process, we are fortunate to bring Jeff and his authentic, collaborative, and mission-focused style to our incredibly talented team.

Jeff brings twenty years of business development and marketing/brand management experience within the not-for-profit and for-profit sectors. During his time at organizations such as InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and School of Education and Social Policy, and DePaul University, he successfully led several multimillion dollar capital and annual fundraising campaigns. In addition to being a successful fundraiser, he is an innovative strategist, dynamic team leader, and is experienced with volunteer-centered organizations. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Wake Forest and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

We also want share our deep appreciation for everything that Jim De Maria has accomplished during his nearly 10 years with the Charity. The Board of Directors and entire Charity team thanks Jim for the donor relationships he has nurtured along with the millions of dollars he has raised enabling families to heal together.

Jeff is eager to meet our community over the coming months, and we look forward to his support in continuing to help families get better together.
