Angel Flight’s mission is to serve people in need by arranging charitable flights for access to healthcare and other humanitarian services. They serve people with a financial need who reside in the Midwest by arranging charitable flights of 100-900 nautical miles for patients accessing medical care.
Jackson Chance Foundation’s NICU Transportation Program removes the financial burden of parking fees, giving every family the opportunity to be with their child each and every day. This service is available at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, Northwestern Medicine Prentice Women’s Hospital, and Rush University Children’s Hospital for NICU families only.
Miracle Flights for Kids improves access to health care by providing financial assistance for medical air travel to hospitals across America. Must complete application packet for consideration.
Comprehensive health insurance available to every uninsured child regardless of family income, immigration status, or health condition. Must live in Illinois, 18 years old or younger.
Assists families in paying for child care expenses and assists with special medical cases for low-income families who work or go to school. Other resources provided as well.
