An Incredible Year of Impact, Thanks to You!

2024 was a record-breaking year—and it’s all because of you.

Thanks to the kindness and commitment of our donors, volunteers, and partners, we were able to support more families than ever before last year! Your generosity gave comfort, care, and critical support to families going through one of the hardest times of their lives—a child’s medical journey.

We know that the families we serve are managing major emotional, physical, and economic needs—hurdles that can make every day feel like a challenge. We believe that no sick child should face illness alone, and no family should be separated during such difficult times.

Together, we helped lighten the load and kept families close.

Because of you, families found a warm place to rest, nourishing meals to keep them going, and a community that surrounded them with love and support. In 2024, we provided:

  • More than 58,000 nights of rest in our Houses and Family Rooms
  • Over 140,000 meals
  • Essential services and care, saving families over $12 million in lodging and meal costs—a 16% increase from 2023!
  • Most importantly, you helped families stay near their children, focused on healing and hope—not on where they would sleep or how they would arrange their next meal.

In 2024, we served 17,341 children and 12,068 families—families who traveled an average of 114 miles to get the care their child needed. Behind the scenes, our incredible volunteers gave 55,883 hours of their time to make all of this possible.

And the impact didn’t stop there.

The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile (RMCM) reached 3,160 children—a 5% increase—bringing healthcare directly to under-resourced communities.

RMCM also reached 752 additional residents through shelter visits, health education, and social support.

Our Social Work team provided nearly 100 engagements to strengthen our commitment to Family-Centered Care.
